The college currently has 95 faculty members in March 2024, including 74 full-time teachers, 11 laboratory professional technicians, and 10 teaching assistants. Among the full-time teachers, there are 59 with senior titles, 22 with full professor titles, 37 with associate professor titles, and 46 with doctoral degrees. There are currently 16 doctoral supervisors, including 11 on campus and 5 off campus, and 55 master's supervisors (45 on campus and 10 off campus). There are also 1 national talent plan young scholar, 2 recipients of the State Council allowance, 3 outstanding young scientific and technological talents in Guizhou Province, 2 talents at the provincial level, 1 key contact expert of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, 4 contact experts, 3 high-level innovative talents in Guizhou Province, 4 academic leaders, and 4 provincial science and technology innovation talent teams.
