Guizhou University News Network (School of Mining) July 2 - The School of Mining and Guizhou Luzhong Mining Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for the school-enterprise strategic cooperation and the construction of a tunnel support demonstration base at Guizhou Luzhong Mining Company. Zhang Lin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Mining at Guizhou University, Deputy Secretary Chen Xingshuai, Vice Dean Wen Zhijie, Du Xianhe, Chairman of Guizhou Luzhong Mining Company, Deputy Manager Guo Yujun, Lyu Zhengjie, and others attended the signing ceremony.

Zhang Lin stated that the School of Mining has outstanding advantages in scientific research, talent training, and talent introduction, especially in the areas of coal mine tunnel support, gas disaster prevention, roof disaster prevention, and mine safety monitoring, where it possesses a solid foundation in scientific research. The purpose of signing this agreement is to further deepen the school-enterprise cooperation model and rely on enterprises to create a demonstration base for coal mine tunnel support. It is hoped that this will serve as a starting point to continuously deepen the cooperation between both parties in industry, education, research, and the application demonstration of scientific research.

Du Xianhe introduced the company's industrial layout, technical needs and social responsibility in Guizhou Province in detail. He said that he hoped that the School of Mining of Guizhou University could rely on the company's affiliated coal mines to carry out research on roadway support technology and the transformation of scientific research results, form demonstration projects for roadway support and promote their application, and strive to build a model demonstration project in Guizhou Province.

Wen Zhijie provided a detailed introduction to the roadway support team, technical advantages, and application cases of the School of Mining. He also proposed suggestions and solutions tailored to the challenges faced by Guizhou Luzhong Mining Company in relation to roadway support. Both parties engaged in profound exchanges and discussions on technical issues such as coal mine support technology, gas drainage technology, and coal mine safety monitoring. Following this fruitful dialogue, they signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement between the school and the enterprise.
