On April 12th, Zhang Lin, the Party Secretary of the College of Mining at Guizhou University, Dean Zuoyu Jun, and National Youth Scholar Wen Zhijie visited the First Team of the Shandong Coalfield Geological Bureau for research and exchange. Deputy Team Leaders Han Xiwei and Tao Eryong participated in the visit.

Han Xiwei welcomed Zhang Lin and his delegation and briefly introduced the work carried out by the First Team of the Shandong Coalfield Geological Bureau in resource exploration, geological services, mine disaster prevention, and emergency rescue. Zhang Lin highlighted the talent team, discipline construction, research teams, and talent introduction and cultivation at the College of Mining. Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on promoting technological innovation and scientific research. They expressed a mutual commitment to further deepening cooperation, identifying points of convergence for development, and working together to achieve complementary advantages and win-win development, with a focus on the comprehensive exploitation of rich mineral resources.

The delegation also visited the geological exhibition hall, watched a promotional video, and conducted an on-site connection with the storage base of the Tengzhou Emergency Rescue Center.

Relevant officials from the Planning and Development Department, the Chief Engineer’s Office, and the Gas Disaster Prevention Center of the First Team of the Shandong Coalfield Geological Bureau attended the meeting.
