Yujun Zuo, Party Committee Member and Dean, oversees all administrative work of the college and is responsible for its comprehensive administration. He is in charge of college finances, discipline construction, scientific research, and scientific research project applications, conscientiously fulfilling the dual responsibility system.

He is responsible for discipline construction and scientific research in the college and liaises with the Mining Engineering Teaching and Research Office. 

In accordance with his work division, he holds significant leadership responsibility for enforcing strict Party discipline within his scope of duties. In line with the dual responsibility system, he leads, inspects, and supervises the enforcement of strict Party discipline, ideology and cyber ideology, ideological and political work, and safety and stability. He strictly educates, manages, and supervises Party members and cadres in the fields he oversees and the teaching and research offices he liaises with.
